These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and PKR939 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the pkr939 website located at https://pkr939.cam and all associated services, features, content and products offered through the Platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkr939 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

pkr939 is an online sports betting and casino information platform providing betting services, live casino products and associated educational content. The Platform is operated for users who choose to access it in accordance with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pkr939, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, agent or immediate family member of pkr939 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the pkr939 Platform or any partner platform operated under the same license.
• You must be registering in your own legal name and using your own personal payment accounts for all deposits and withdrawals.

pkr939 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

4.1 Identity Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, and at other times at pkr939's sole discretion, you will be required to complete KYC verification. Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or current passport. The Platform may additionally request proof of address and/or confirmation of payment method ownership.

4.2 Verification Standards

All documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible. You must never alter, redact, obscure, falsify or manipulate any document submitted for verification. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities.

4.3 Secure Submission

Documents must only be submitted through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. pkr939 will never request sensitive documents through unencrypted channels, social media, third-party applications or unsecured email. If you receive such a request claiming to be from pkr939, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

Your use of the pkr939 Platform is subject to the following conduct standards. You agree that you will not, at any time:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent any technical protection measure, access restriction, or security control implemented on the Platform.
• Use any automated system, bot, crawler, scraper, data mining tool or any other mechanism to access, extract or interact with Platform data without prior written authorisation.
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any other activity designed to exploit pricing errors or gain an unfair advantage.
• Open, operate or assist in the operation of multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using fictitious, borrowed or otherwise misrepresented identities.
• Harass, abuse, intimidate or threaten any member of pkr939's customer support team or other Platform users.
• Transmit any virus, malware, ransomware or other harmful code through the Platform.
• Share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account.

pkr939 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including Account suspension, fund withholding, Account termination and legal proceedings.

6.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on pkr939 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, sport or casino game in question. Market rules are published on the relevant market page. In the event of any conflict between general rules and market-specific rules, market-specific rules shall prevail.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number or on-screen confirmation from the Platform. pkr939 reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrectly priced markets, suspended markets or markets affected by technical failure.

6.3 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

For Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments and other cricket markets, standard cricket betting rules apply: minimum overs thresholds for rain-affected matches, rules on player availability markets, and specific handling of super overs. These are detailed on the platform's cricket market rules page. Users are encouraged to review these before placing PSL or international cricket wagers.

6.4 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to rapid change. pkr939 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during critical match phases. Bets placed during a suspension period will be void if confirmed after the relevant event outcome. Connection issues on the user's end do not entitle them to a refund for missed opportunities.

pkr939 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, VIP rewards and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are only available to Users who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time the bonus is claimed or awarded.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are typically subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible markets, minimum odds and time window are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per Account, per household, per IP address and per payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: pkr939 monitors for promotional abuse patterns including but not limited to: low-margin hedging, exploitation of pricing errors, and coordinated multi-account bonus extraction. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses removed, winnings voided and the Account suspended.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Bonus-funded winnings may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied. pkr939 reserves the right to remove bonus funds from an Account that attempts to withdraw before wagering requirements are met.
• Modification and Withdrawal: pkr939 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Modifications will not affect bets already placed in compliance with the original terms.

All bonus amounts referenced in promotions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Illustrative examples such as "PKR 25,000 welcome bonus" are subject to the full terms of the individual promotion and do not represent guaranteed winnings or unconditional cash offers.

8.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pkr939 references payment channels familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant bank transfers, and traditional bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples only. 8.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and used previously for deposit where applicable. 8.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Users are required to cooperate fully with any such review. Failure to do so may result in Account restriction and referral to relevant authorities.

You agree to use the Platform's responsible gambling tools in good faith and to seek assistance if your gambling behaviour becomes problematic.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic log-outs after specified session durations.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined number of days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the specified duration.

All content on the pkr939 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations and the overall selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of pkr939 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from pkr939.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr939, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

pkr939 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free or free of harmful components. Planned maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. pkr939 will endeavour to provide advance notice of significant planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pkr939 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A User has provided false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• A User's Account is involved in suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing or collusion.
• A User has violated any applicable law or regulation in connection with their use of the Platform.
• pkr939 is required to do so by a regulatory body, law enforcement authority or court order.

Upon Account closure for cause, pkr939 may withhold funds pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, all bonus balances and winnings derived from irregular activity may be forfeited. Genuinely deposited funds may be returned at pkr939's discretion following satisfactory resolution of the investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary Account closure does not extinguish any outstanding debt owed by the User to pkr939.

pkr939 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered Account holders or by prominent notification on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to close your Account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani courts may have concurrent jurisdiction over disputes involving Pakistani residents and that local laws — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may independently apply to their activities. Nothing in this clause constitutes legal advice, and users are encouraged to obtain independent legal counsel regarding their specific circumstances.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact pkr939 customer support to seek an informal resolution of any dispute. pkr939 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
